Yes — to Canada, Mexico, the United Kingdom, the European Union, Australia, and New Zealand. Rates are calculated at checkout (typically $19–39). The customer is responsible for any duties or import taxes assessed by the destination country, but we offer a Delivered Duty Paid option for the UK and EU at checkout if you'd rather pay them up front.
From May through September, our Probiotics, fish oil, and select botanicals ship with reusable cold packs, and we don't ship them on a Friday so they don't sit in transit over the weekend. If you're in a region experiencing extreme heat, our team may delay shipment by 1–3 days for safer transit conditions.
If the tracking shows delivered but you don't have it, wait 48 hours (USPS sometimes scans early) and check with neighbors or your building's mail area. If it's still missing after that, email contact@morivot.com within 14 days of the delivery scan with your order number — we'll either reship or refund.
