1.Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Morivot, Inc., a Delaware corporation with its principal place of business at 18301 Von Karman Ave, Irvine, CA 82612 ("Morivot," "we," "us," "our"). They govern your use of morivot.com (the "Site") and your purchase of any Morivot product or service.

By accessing the Site, creating an account, or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or purchase from us.

2.Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract under U.S. law to purchase from Morivot. By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements and that the personal information you provide is accurate and complete.

Morivot products are intended for adult use. If you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition, consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting any supplement.

3.Products & health disclaimer

Morivot's product line includes herbal and dietary supplements such as Ashwagandha, Berberine, Mushroom Complex (Vegatot Mushroom), Milk Thistle, Gymnema Sylvestre, Wormwood, Tribulus, Probiotics, Glucosamine Sulfate, Capsicum (Cayenne), Magnesium, Niacin / Niacinamide, Vitamin C, and other botanical and dietary formulations.

Statements regarding Morivot products have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Information provided on the Site, on product labels, and in our communications is for educational purposes only and is not medical advice.

Always read the product label and consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting, stopping, or combining any supplement. Discontinue use and seek medical attention if you experience an adverse reaction.

We make reasonable efforts to display accurate product information and Certificates of Analysis, but we do not warrant that descriptions, ingredient profiles, lot numbers, or pricing on the Site are complete, current, or error-free at all times. We may correct errors and refuse or cancel orders affected by such errors at our discretion.

4.Pricing & payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Prices, promotions, and product availability may change without notice. Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on the applicable jurisdiction.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. By submitting an order, you authorize Morivot or our payment processor to charge your selected payment method for the full order amount, including taxes and shipping.

If your payment method is declined, your order will not be processed. You are responsible for any fees your bank may charge for declined or international transactions.

5.Subscriptions (Subscribe & Save)

If you sign up for a Morivot subscription, you authorize us to automatically charge your saved payment method on the cadence you select (every 30, 45, or 60 days) and ship the corresponding product to your address on file.

You may pause, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard, provided you do so at least 24 hours before the next scheduled charge. There are no cancellation fees and no minimum commitment.

Subscription pricing reflects a 20% discount versus the one-time purchase price. We will email you before each shipment so you can adjust products, cadence, or skip a delivery.

6.Shipping & risk of loss

Risk of loss for products passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. Domestic orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days; international orders within 4–10 business days. See our Shipping Policy for full details, rates, and transit times.

If your shipment is damaged, lost, or not delivered as scanned, contact contact@morivot.com within 14 days and we will reship or refund the order at no cost to you.

7.Returns & refunds

Morivot offers a 60-day money-back guarantee on every product, including opened bottles. To start a return, contact contact@morivot.com with your order number; we will email a prepaid USPS label and process the refund within 5–7 business days of receiving the return. 8.Intellectual property

The Site and its content — including the Morivot name, logo, product names, formulations, photography, copy, illustrations, software, and Certificates of Analysis — are the property of Morivot or its licensors and are protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws.

You may not reproduce, redistribute, modify, sell, or create derivative works of the Site or its content without our prior written permission. Press and partner inquiries should be directed to contact@morivot.com.

9.User conduct

When you use the Site, you agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site or any related system;
• Interfere with the Site's operation, security, or availability;
• Submit false, misleading, infringing, defamatory, or harassing content;
• Resell Morivot products outside of authorized channels or in a way that misrepresents the source or condition of the product.

10.Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Morivot's total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to your use of the Site or any product purchased through it shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. Morivot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations on damages. To the extent any such limitation is unenforceable in your jurisdiction, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent allowed by law.

11.Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Morivot, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising out of (a) your breach of these Terms, (b) your misuse of any Morivot product, or (c) your violation of any law or third-party right.

12.Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

13.Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective" and "Last updated" dates at the top of this page reflect the latest revision. Material changes will be communicated by email when reasonable, and continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
