1.What's eligible for return
You may return any Morivot product purchased directly from morivot.com within 60 days of the delivery date for a full refund of the product price.

- Opened bottles — eligible
- Gifts (returned by recipient) — eligible
The 60-day window starts on the date the carrier marks your order as delivered. We track this from the shipping confirmation email, so you don't need to provide proof.
2.How to start a return
Email contact@morivot.com
From the address on your order. Or click the Start a return link in your shipping confirmation email. Include your order number — it starts with MV- — and the reason for the return.
We email a prepaid USPS label
Within one business day, you'll receive a return label by email. Print it, attach it to any padded envelope or box, and drop it at any USPS location.
We refund within 5–7 business days
As soon as the package is scanned in to our Irvine warehouse, we issue the refund to your original payment method. Banks typically reflect the credit within 1–3 additional business days.
3.What gets refunded

4.Damaged or wrong items
If your package arrives damaged or contains the wrong item, email contact@morivot.com within 14 days with a photo of the issue. We'll ship a replacement at no charge — there's no need to send the original back.
5.Subscriptions
You can pause, skip, or cancel a subscription at any time from your account dashboard, provided you do so at least 24 hours before your next charge. There are no cancellation fees and no minimum number of orders.
If a subscription order has already shipped, you can still return it under the standard 60-day policy.
6.Bundle and stack returns
For multi-product bundles or stacks, you can return the entire bundle for a full refund. If you'd like to keep part of the bundle and return only some items, we'll refund a pro-rated portion of the bundle price based on the standalone retail value of the kept items.
7.Items bought from other retailers
If you bought a Morivot product from another retailer (Amazon, GNC, a gym, a clinician's office, etc.), please contact that retailer for their return policy. We can only process direct refunds for orders placed on morivot.com.
