2.International shipping

We currently ship to Canada, Mexico, the United Kingdom, the European Union, Australia, and New Zealand via DHL Express. Rates and delivery windows are calculated at checkout (typically $19–39, 4–10 business days).

The customer is responsible for any duties, taxes, or import fees assessed by the destination country. A Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) option is available at checkout for the UK and EU — we'll pay duties up front and bake them into your shipping cost.

3.Order processing

Orders placed before 1 PM Pacific on a business day ship the same day. Orders placed after that — or on weekends and U.S. holidays — ship the next business day. You'll receive a tracking email as soon as your label is created.

During promotions or product launches, processing may take 1–2 additional business days. We'll note this on the product page if it applies.

4.Heat-sensitive products

Probiotics ship with cold packs in summer

Our Probiotics, fish oil, and certain botanical extracts are temperature-sensitive. From May through September, these orders ship with reusable cold packs, and we don't ship them on a Friday so they don't sit in a warehouse over the weekend.

If your order contains a heat-sensitive product and you're in a region experiencing extreme heat, you may receive a delay notice from our customer team — we'll wait for safer transit conditions and ship within 1–3 days.

5.Lost or damaged shipments

If your tracking shows delivered but you didn't receive the package, wait 48 hours (USPS sometimes scans early), check with neighbors, and look around your property. If still missing, email contact@morivot.com within 14 days of the delivery scan and we'll either reship or refund the order.

If your package arrives damaged, send a photo within 14 days. We'll ship a replacement at no charge — there's no need to return the original.

6.APO/FPO and PO Boxes

Yes, we ship to military APO/FPO addresses and to PO Boxes via USPS. Allow 7–14 business days for APO/FPO orders, since they pass through additional military mail handling.

7.Address changes

Need to change a shipping address after placing an order? Email contact@morivot.com as soon as possible. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we can update the address. Once a tracking number is generated, we may not be able to redirect the package — but we can still help if it's intercepted in transit.
